I’m trying to renew my passport for travel within the next 14 days. The website says I have to make an appointment. After listening to all messages in English AND Spanish, I’m allowed to schedule an appointment. Except there are no appointment times available. I get “Press ‘1’ to search for a morning appointment. There are no morning appointments available before your departure date. Press ‘1’ to search for afternoon appointments….There are no afternoon appointments available before your departure date. Do you wish to search for an appointment after your departure date?”
Well. That’s a pretty funny answer. I guess I can’t travel without a passport. Which number do I press for that????
