Let them eat Cheese...
I went to a "Fromagerie" tonight. It's called Artisanal, on 2 Park Avenue at 32nd or so. Highly recommend it. I wish I could tell you what kind of cheeses I had, but it was all good (except the Stilson - I really can't get past the blue cheese mold thing.)
Wow. Thanks to Jason and Alain for introducing me to the inner cheese afficianado in each of them.
