As my org is struggling with wanting to dive into the social media conversation but is very traditional, I have been thinking about precisely this question and have decided that orgs have to accept that talking on the web means that personal and professional are going to be inextricably intertwined. So my vote is: it&#039;s ok to reference your personal blog. </description>
