Verizon Customer Service: 800-275-2355I, too, could not reach repair - I'm no longer a Verizon customer. I was trying to report a problem for a friend in the next town - they had no service. Turns out there is a cable out, repairs are underway - and they say service should be restored by 11PM *tomorrow* - sheesh!
